A message from the Rodeo Secretary:

Entry Procedure for Spring 2010

• A contestant may email their entries to me at bagshaws@usd413.org beginning the Sunday prior to call in for that specific rodeo. Example: email entries for the Kingman rodeo will be March 1 through March 3 at 6pm.  A confirmation email will be returned to you, if you do not receive a confirmation email from me YOU ARE NOT ENTERED and you must call in at the regular call in time on March 3^rd.
• A contestant may still call in their entries to me during call in times 10 days before rodeo date.

I would also like to remind all members that all entry fees MUST be paid before you will be allowed to compete.  This means that if you are entered at a rodeo on Saturday, that all fees must be paid before competing on Saturday.  The only exception to this is if you are entered in the cutting, fees can be paid after competition. If for some reason you are unable to attend and have not drawn out, your entry fees for the missed rodeo MUST be paid before you will be allowed to enter the next rodeo.  This means that you need to contact the rodeo secretary immediately to make arrangements for payment.
