Entry Information
Rodeo Entry Secretary - Kate Rumford
Rodeo entry phone number - 620-286-9438
Call-ins for the rodeos is from 6:00pm -10:00pm the Wednesday 10 days before the
rodeo you are entering. Check the rodeo schedule for the exact date.
Entries left on the answering machine, WILL NOT be accepted
At the rodeos there will be an entry notebook that you can enter all of the rodeos you will be
attending. If you put your entry in the notebook, you will not have to call in to enter.
Please do not call the individual rodeo committees if you did not get entered in a rodeo -
they can not help you. The only way to enter a rodeo is through
the Entry Secretary and/or the Rodeo Entry book.
You pay
your rodeo entry fees when you arrive at the rodeo.
The entry
fees are $35 for cutting, $25 per person for team roping and $30 for all other events.
If you want
to draw out your entry for a rodeo, you must do so by 6:00pm Sunday before the rodeo you want to draw out. If
you draw out after that time, you must pay all entry fees before entering next rodeo.
Medical and Vet Releases need to be called to secretary before 6:00pm on Friday
prior to the rodeo - I need that information prior to leaving on Friday evening. If you Vet Release at the rodeo, your
vet needs to fax me a letter on business letterhead Monday following the rodeo or you will be responsible for entire entry
fees.
Fax # is the same as the entry #620-286-9438.
If you enter a rodeo and don't show up to compete, you must pay all entry fees BEFORE you will
be allowed to enter/compete in another rodeo.
Absolutely no entries will be accepted
after entry closing date for whatever reason.
